In 2012, Larry Stebbins and Adrian Toscano acquired the exclusive, master franchise of Sotheby’s International Realty for the Mexican states of Guanajuato and Querétaro.
Larry and Adrian have created the premier real estate brokerages in San Miguel de Allende and Querétaro. Their extraordinary team of 25 full-time, licensed professionals is bilingual and bi-cultural. Agave Sotheby’s International Realty is the market leader in San Miguel de Allende, leading in sales volume and the marketing of luxury homes.
Larry brings his wealth of experience to the Mexican market with over 30 years of experience as a licensed California Realtor (DRE 00855455). He has been the owner/ broker of the largest independent brokerage in San Francisco with over 60 agents; and offices in San Francisco, Sonoma Wine Country and Palm Springs.
His goal was to bring to Mexico and San Miguel de Allende the level of ethics, professionalism and experience to serve clients, while embracing the Realtor Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, adopted by the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
Larry and his team believe in supporting the San Miguel art and cultural community and are generous supporters of San Miguel Writers’ Conference, Chamber Music Festival, San Miguel SPA, Patronato pro Niños, Feed the Hungry, to name several worthy organizations.
