In February 2012, Adrián and his husband, Larry Stebbins, acquired the Master Franchise rights for Sotheby’s International Realty in the Mexican states of Guanajuato and Querétaro. The opening of the Sotheby’s office that year was a monumental success, bringing a fresh approach to real estate in San Miguel de Allende. Their efforts reshaped the market in the region, introducing new standards for luxury properties and customer service.
Adrián’s expertise is vast, covering everything from urban properties in the historic center of San Miguel to rural estates in the countryside.
