Great view and FLAT 7-minute walk to town (El Jardin), on the most charming street. It's hard to get both flat walk & view, make sure you check. The quoted base rate is for up to six people, there is an additional $75 per person per night fee for additional guests. There is an additional $30 per day fee to heat the pool. Located just three blocks from the Jardin (the main plaza) in downtown SMA, Casa Suspiro del Pueblito, is a gem. This beautiful home is laid out across two courtyards, in true San Miguel Colonial style. The first vibrant courtyard is centered around an old stone fountain and boasts brightly flowered vines. The second, larger courtyard, is serene with towering stone walls, a beautiful heated pool, a relaxing waterfall, and fragrant flowers throughout. All of this is overlooked from the spacious indoor/outdoor family room with a large fireplace and oversized TV. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy family and friends.

This house features four bedroom suites with king or queen size beds and premium bedding, a brand new kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, an indoor dining room, an outdoor dining area, and professional grill, an indoor living room, an outdoor living room, two half bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and five fireplaces! The special art & décor throughout the house is more typical of a museum or five-star hotel, but with the warm and intimate details, you’ll find in a special home. And to help you fully enjoy your vacation, you will have daily housekeeping services for four hours!

You can cook in the brand new kitchen or grill outside under the beautiful covered dining area. Or you can skip the cooking and walk to all the world-class restaurants in the area because you’ll be less than 10 minutes away from the heart of downtown. The café, right across the street, serves the best coffee in SMA and will whip up your favorite traditional Mexican breakfast. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunset and spectacular views of most of the churches in San Miguel de Allende while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail!

There is a 60-day cancellation required to receive a refund. Cancellations within the 60-day period will receive a refund (minus the $500 cancellation fee) only if we can rebook for your dates. Starting price is for 6 people (children or adults). There is an additional cost of $75 per person (children or adults), per night. Please ensure that the correct number of people is included in the reservation. Rate includes daily housekeeping except for Sundays and holidays.
