This historic building is situated in the stunning Iblean countryside along the SP Ragusa-Marina di Ragusa. The property comprises of an imposing ancient farmhouse, typical of the Ragusa area, and an adjacent two-story manor house. Constructed in 1870, the property boasts 6.2 hectares of land and spreads over two elevations. The characteristic vaulted support structures and numerous flats enclose a central beam paved with stones. The orchard, enclosed by high white stone walls, and farmyard in Modica stone are typical features of houses of that era. The interior of the property spans about 590 square meters and is divided between the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor features ancient dammusì, mangers, a built-in kitchen with a fireplace, and various storage areas. The first floor includes living rooms and bedrooms, all finished with characteristic details of the time, such as white stone, pitch stone, cement tiles, and stone arches.
