Renovated ancient hamlet with a sea view of the Iblei hills

This ancient Sicilian farmhouse is located on the Iblee hills of Ragusa. The property presents itself as a small private hamlet, renovated, with cyclopean walls in white stone at the perimeter. Stone courtyard and farmhouses framing this central space that is accessed through an entrance by an imposing stone arch. Four main bodies, covering an area of about 1,000 square meters, make up the compendium, two of which are used as residences: finishes of the time characterize the interiors, such as stone pitch floors, cement stones, vaulted ceilings and elements of Modica stone. The residential areas consist of successively arranged living rooms, rooms with private bathrooms and small outbuildings with separate entrances, including one on two levels. The other two bodies were originally ancient stables with stone floor bases and perfectly preserved mangers. From the south-facing rooms and numerous terraces, you can enjoy views of the Mediterranean sea and the Iblei countryside.
